By simply tapping or scanning the QR code, me&u gives you more time at the table with family and friends and less time queing. It's the more convenient and smarter way to pay.

2. Logging into Venue Manager

Venue Manager


 Venue Manager (VenMan) is where you manage in-service features. Such as:

  • Manage menu items that are sold out
  • Manage customer expectations with wait times
  • View live orders and order history
  • Disable me&u beacons
  • View total tips and sales for the day

Your staff level of access will determine which features you can use.

During service, VenMan should be accessible and open on an Ipad / tablet.

Just wondering if you've seen our beacons before?       
Introduce the table to the me&u beacon:

You can skip the queue by ordering & paying on your phone.  You simply tap your phone onto this beacon and it will open our digital menu! With this you can:

  • See pictures of all our food and drinks
  • Filter by dietary requirements
  • Order and pay without downloading an app, or even leaving your table!

We will bring everything to you once you’ve ordered.

6. Live Orders & resolving errors

Live Orders

In your Operator Portal, you have access to your live orders and venue order hist...

In Venue Manager (accessed via Operator Portal), you can view live orders and venue order history. 


Live Alerts 

  • When a customer’s order fails to reach your POS server, you will hear a ding and an alert will be raised in red.
  • The order will display the table number and contact details of the customer so you can resolve them in real-time. 

 

Order History 

  • View up to 30 days of orders with status types; confirmed, resolved or unconfirmed.

7. Wait Times

8. Refunds

Refunds on me&u

  • Refunds are processed in venue by your Managers
  • Partial & full refunds can be processed in the backend of me&u (VenMan)
  • Stock and refunds need to be manually added to POS at the end of the day
